Quick distinction

Core is the housing model. Enhanced adds a funded support scope.

Core Housing is appropriate when an adult can live independently and mainly needs safe, structured housing. Enhanced Transitional is appropriate when an agency requests additional goal-focused support, coordination, or reporting beyond the standard housing model.

Level 1

Core Housing

Independent shared housing with structure, general accountability, and access to resources.

Best fit when the applicant:

  • Can manage personal care and daily living independently
  • Can follow house rules and live respectfully with others
  • Has an income or approved payer source
  • Does not require frequent case-management contact or agency reporting

Core includes:

  • Furnished shared or private room
  • Standard household utilities
  • Structured, respectful shared-home environment
  • House rules and general accountability
  • Basic move-in and housing-transition planning
  • Access to community-resource information and referrals
Standard self-pay rates$175 shared / $210 private weeklyBiweekly and monthly payment schedules are also available.

Level 2

Enhanced Transitional

Core Housing plus an approved, documented package of practical stabilization services.

Best fit when the applicant:

  • Can still live independently without hands-on caregiving
  • Needs structured coaching or more frequent accountability
  • Would benefit from employment, budgeting, digital, or resource-navigation support
  • Has an agency funding the added services or approving the service scope

Enhanced may include:

  • Everything included with Core Housing
  • Individualized stability goals and more frequent check-ins
  • Employment-readiness and digital-literacy support
  • Budgeting, time-management, and independent-living coaching
  • Benefits, transportation, and community-resource navigation
  • Agency updates, documentation, and case coordination as agreed

Start with the agency referral.

Submitting a referral does not guarantee placement. Placement depends on program fit, screening, availability, documentation, and payment readiness.
